Join Ron for the 3rd (and final) ride in his Exorcism Trilogy Series. He will
complete each of the 3 rides (along the originally planned routes) on the
one-year anniversary dates of his 3 bicycle crashes. Help him exorcise the
evil road demons that caused his 3 bicycle crashes and 3 collarbone fractures
over a 9 1/2 month period, from December 2, 1992 to September 17, 1993. We will
meet in front of McDonald's at 7:30 am to take the 7:50 am ferry to Bainbridge.
We'll travel parts of the old Chilly Hilly route to Poulsbo, Big Valley Rd,
Hood Canal, Port Ludlow, and lunch in Port Townsend. Return will be a more
direct route. Bring your good luck charms, magic potions, and mantras to help
Ron cast off the curses of the road demons. (The first and second exorcism
rides, held on 12/2/93 and 4/8/94 were successful.) The group will stop
briefly at the spot of the second crash and cleanse it in a solemn, elaborate
ritual (who knows, maybe there will be a sacrificial offering of an automobile
to the road gods!) Ron's going rain or shine.
