leader. Year-round training rides every Tuesday,
which stress safety, fitness and group riding
skills. Fast paceline rides 20-23 mph (level,
no-wind) from Renton to surrounding areas
(Bellevue, Issaquah, May Valley, Kent, or Mercer
Island). Large turnout splits into 2 groups.
Light rain/showers tolerated, but Monsoon cancels.
During dark winter months, lights are required,
fenders recommended, mountain bikes with road tires
are popular.

around West Seattle and Schmidt's Park.

Fast paceline rides 20 to 23 mph (level, no wind)
from Renton to surrounding areas (Bellevue,
Issaquah, Kent, Mercer Island). Depending on
turnout, ride will split into two groups. Route
will be determined at ride start depending on
weather and group consensus. Each route will have
a few good hills or short sprints. Riders will
"re-group" into a paceline at top of hills and
after sprints. Routes and distance will vary
depending on weather.
